Job description

Summary of Position: The PropX Technical Development Deployment Lead will work with the Technical Development team to roll out the future of Liberty technology. The primary function of this position is to support the implementation of next generation equipment to our field crews. Additionally, this role will provide training and support to field personnel prior to and following deployments to ensure the highest service quality. The PropX Technical Development Deployment Lead will support Liberty’s mission to continuously improve our operations for our field population and our clients through technological advancements. Qualifications & Requirements: - At least 3 years with Liberty and/or with previous companies acquired by Liberty. - Demonstrated leadership experience. - Experience working under high pressure situations. - Must be willing to regularly travel to all Liberty operating basins. - Strong mechanical, electrical, and software system experience preferred. - Prior training experience preferred. - Prior work implementing new products/ideas preferred.
