Job Description: The ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Unit4 and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters. The position focuses on configuring user-facing system features and translating business requirements into functional system solutions that align with organizational standards and best practices. The ERP Systems Analyst configures and maintains workflows, automations, alerts, reports, and business rules to improve system efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience.
