[Commercial Planning Manager ¦ La Vallée Village ¦ Permanent /Full time Something Extraordinary Every Day™: As a commercial planning manager, you are entrusted to d rive performances through bespoke analysis, provide analytical and strategic insights to the Retail Director and the Retail Managers, support Retail Managers and the Operational Manager in achieving targets and plan retail operations support and roll out. What you will be doing: - Commercial Performance Management - Analyze sales, KPIs, and trends based on RMs needs - Monitor objectives and action plans (PIP, new openings, remerch) - Guide and support Retail Managers on performance Business Planning - Forecasting, simulations, and business cases - Build dashboards and reporting tools - Provide strategic recommendations to the Retail Director (Retail Calendar, commercial moments analysis.. ) - Lead and coordinate the work of the Retail Coordinator, and the Project Coordinator - Support the team's development in project management and data analysis skills. - Allocate tasks and priorities according to the department's needs.
