As a Surgical Technologist , you’ll play a vital role in the intraoperative phase, ensuring surgeons have exactly what they need—when they need it. What You’ll Do: - Prepare and maintain sterile fields using best‑in‑class aseptic techniques - Set up ORs with appropriate instruments, equipment, and supplies - Pass instruments and assist surgeons throughout procedures - Anticipate procedural needs to keep cases moving efficiently - Perform accurate sponge, sharp, and instrument counts - Care for, clean, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment - Support patient transport and assist with equipment movement - Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and OR team members - Participate in safety initiatives (WHO Checklist, hand hygiene, quality goals) - Rotate on‑call nights, weekends, and ho...
