Job description

Job Purpose: Work with warehouse colleagues to ensure efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock and delivery of high quality service to all customers. Responsibilities: - Ensure all requests from internal and external customers are met within agreed SLAs - Provide all relevant information to Supervisory team to allow accurate planning of task and resource allocation - Accurate entry of data into warehouse management system and KPI reporting templates - Ensure proactive communication to Supervisory team and wider business should there be any issues which will impact scheduled activities - May also be required to support with core operational tasks such as goods receipt, put away, pick and pack customer orders in alignment with established company processes and SSW documentation (Safe System of Work); - Assist with regular and ad hoc site activities such as full inventory checks, system development and implementation; - Ensure all stock is stored, handled and transported securely and in line with company procedures, hygiene legislation and health and safety guidelines; - Provide a professional, courteous and efficient service to all customers; - Work with colleagues to ensure th...
