What Engineering Management contributes to Cardinal Health Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes. Engineering Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Engineering function. Job Summary: The Operations Manager, Service & Repair is responsible for the end-to-end execution of service center activities for the US, based in Riverview, Florida. This is a three-shift operation. This role orchestrates the technical repair workforce, engineering support, and localized planner/buyer support to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensure regulatory compliance for medical device refurbishment and service and repair. Responsibilities: Oversee the entire service and repair operation (end to end) for US market. Develop the planning strategy to meet customer service levels by maintaining total turnaround times under target. Analyze site capacity considerations and reach in a timely manner on critical issues.
