About the role MacKillop’s Out of Home Care (OOHC) program provides residential care to support young people with high and complex needs. The House Supervisor is responsible to oversee the daily care of clients provided by residential care workers. You will be part of the Out of Home Care Program and report to the Residential Care Coordinator. You will lead a team to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for young people. You will oversee daily routines, mentor staff, and make sure care plans are followed. We are on the lookout for someone who is able to bring energy and vision to the role; inspiring young people to grow and ensuring every shift runs smoothly. It’s a leadership position where every success makes a real impact on a young person’s future.
