Worthington Enterprises is hiring a Product Support Engineer. The Product Support Engineer will advise of product design best practices encompassing regulatory code requirements for technical compliance, as well as introducing awareness and access to applicable industry standards, with concentrated focus on electrical power, electronics, and digital/wireless communication devices. Duties include evaluation, interpretation, and advisement of codes and standards to cross-functional roles for regulations, domestic and international, as well as applicable industry standards. Provide technical product support and configuration change management review during the post-launch product life cycle phase. This includes review and approval of formal engineering change control and product markings. The role participates and coordinates participation in relevant technical industry governing and/or standards bodies, proposing/advocating for regulatory and industry standards in the interests of the business.
