The Opportunity: As the Operations Coordinator, you will be the "right hand" to our Production Manager at the KT3 Productions QLD site. This is a pivotal role ensuring the seamless coordination of people, safety, and business administration to keep our manufacturing hub running at peak performance. - Assist in allocating personnel, machinery, and materials to optimise productivity. - Coordinate rosters, timesheet accuracy, and leave requests. - Support the hiring process and coordinating onboarding for new starters. - Coordinate training requirements in conjunction with Production Supervisors. - Enforce safety protocols, submit incident reports, and track corrective actions. - Maintain up-to-date SOPs, safety manuals, and staff certifications. - Ensure the team has consistent access to PPE and first aid requir...
