ISS MI is the leading provider of data, insights, and analytics on the firms and people driving the financial services and insurance industries across North America. This position supports the product organization in collecting user feedback, defining the problem statement, writing user stories, demonstrating features, client engagement, customer support, and monitoring usage. What You'll Do: Define business requirements and user stories/tickets Own and manage prioritization of product backlog Manage release cycles and coordinate with internal resources for development, testing, and marketing communications. Partner with development, QA, data operations, and business development to align with business priorities. Define key performance indicators for reliability and usage of the product capabilities Document key decisions to avoid any uncertainties.
