POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, FP&A plays a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and support to drive strategic decision-making and optimize performance. Reporting directly to the VP of FP&A, the Director has a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and experience in the retail sector. Compensation listed is a starting point only and will be determined based on candidate experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: - People Management: Leads, develops, and mentors a team of FP&A professionals, building strong capability in financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic thinking while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. - Management Reporting: Lead the preparation and distribution of weekly and periodic performance measurement materials to various stakeholders, including Management and Board of Director presentations, highlighting insights into results and key drivers of variances to Budget and LY. - Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis of P&L results to understand and provide insights on drivers and trends of KPI’s and strategic initiatives, and identify potential risks and opportunities on the horizon. - Busine...
