Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required. - Experience recruiting, hiring, training & developing employees. - Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service. - Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both fronts of the house & back of the house. - Must have a proven track record of managing the cost of goods & labor. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Effective verbal & written communication skills.
