Job description

The Warehouse Operations Trainer is responsible for delivering structured, end-to-end training across warehouse functions including Inbound, Outbound, Picking, Value-Added Services (VAS), and Inventory processes. This role ensures employees are trained through a structured methodology — Train → Hands-On Practice → Verify → Validate — to achieve safety, quality, and productivity standards. The Trainer partners with Operations to drive consistent process execution and continuous improvement. Let’s talk about Responsibilities: Design and deliver structured training programs covering inbound receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping, VAS tasks, and inventory control. Execute hands-on-floor training including WMS/RF scanning and material handling equipment guidance. Demonstrate full end-to-end warehouse workflows from receipt to shipment. Verify employee competency through skills assessments, productivity tracking, and quality audits. Validate sustained performance through follow-up evaluations (30/60/90-day reviews).
