About the role As the SAP Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting GTS Operations and identifying areas in which solutions can be put forward for consideration to improve performance and satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding and addressing complex issues related to purchasing processes, tools, and systems within GTS, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In this role, you will communicate with global colleagues, providing training and documenting processes and procedures. You will also be responsible for performing testing on tool enhancements and processes. Additionally, you must understand business changes, improvements, and enhancements, particularly concerning purchasing processes, tools, and systems within GTS, utilizing change programs to drive these improvements forward.
