Electrical Manufacturing Engineer Boston, MA USA: Electrical Engineer: Position Overview: QuEra is seeking an Electrical Engineer with expertise and experience in manufacturing to join our growing team building next-generation neutral atom quantum computers. This individual will work collaboratively with other engineers and the supply chain team to facilitate smooth new product introductions (NPIs) by ensuring documentation packages are accurate, complete and ready to transfer to suppliers and contract manufacturing partners. You will bridge the gap between design engineering and fabrication, ensuring that technical specifications and production requirements are properly communicated to vendors. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in electrical design principles, proficiency with PCB CAD software (Altium preferred), strong experience in design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA), knowledge of GD&T, and experience working with PCB fabrication houses (foreign and domestic) and contract manufacturers.
