The Opportunity As a Control System Performance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the dynamic performance of FACTS control systems throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. In this role, you will translate customer requirements and gridcode specifications into welltuned, verified, and documented control behavior. You will work with advanced EMT and HIL simulations and collaborate closely with project teams, R&D, and customers to secure robust system performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cuttingedge technologies in highpower converter control systems and contribute directly to the stability and reliability of power grids worldwide. How you'll make an impact Ensure the control systems dynamic performance from early design stages through FAT and site commissioning. Develop, tune, and verify control functions using Virtual MACH models; perform performance verification with PSCAD and RTDS/RSCAD.
