Job description

The Senior Manager, Solution Delivery Partner is a dynamic role that combines project management, business analysis, and technical expertise. This position works closely with the IT Business Partner to assess, implement, and drive the adoption of technology solutions that support business objectives. The Solution Delivery Partner will also collaborate with the Business Partner on stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess strong business acumen and experience in organizational change management, conflict resolution, and driving business-technology innovation. Core competencies include a proven track record of delivering capabilities using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and hands-on expertise in full-stack development (front-end, back-end, and database technologies). The role requires hands-on experience with critical Life Sciences technology platforms, including LIMS systems such as LabWare and LabVantage, serialization and traceability systems such as UniTrace, and other regulated QC/QA applications.
