Support Associate - Part Time

Job description

The Operations Team Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries accurately and efficiently, ensuring new merchandise is customer ready. This role executes outbound merchandise activities, supports facilities maintenance, and maintains back-of-house organization, while working closely with merchandising team to place and sign product on the sales floor. This is an hourly position. What you will do: Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives , and daily priorities. Efficiently u nload cartons from truck deliveries, separating cartons by department, processin g, removing plastic , and hanging items as needed to ensure product readiness for sales floor. Follow operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity. Complete sensor tag application, product transfers, damage processing, and RFID tasks t o support inventory accuracy. Assist with facilities processes, including lighting/recycling programs, work orders, store maintenance, and housekeeping responsibilities.
