Job Summary: The Test Engineering role collaborates alongside Test Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and Build Engineering to drive improvements in product quality, yield, and test efficiency. This position develops new DFT methodologies, debugs complex failures through data and electrical analysis, and contributes to the testing of new architectures, process nodes, and product features. The role also focuses on optimizing test flows, enhancing yield, and reducing test time while supporting ongoing characterization and feedback-driven test development.
