Role: HSSP Clinician Reports to: Director DTLA/Mid City Program: 1307-HSS MHSA Department: Wellness Location: The Mayer - 5500 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028 Setting: 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Status: Full-time/Non-Exempt/Non-Management Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. Openings: 1 Summary: The Housing Supportive Services Program (HSSP) is a specialized program that provides comprehensive and intensive field-based community mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) who are formerly homeless and have a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Clinician will conduct psychotherapy with adult members that have severe and persistent mental illness in the office, in member’s homes, or the field. The Clinician’s primary responsibilities are to engage members and to coordinate mental health and recovery services that will ensure housing stability and community integration.
