In the position of Workforce Planner (m/f/d), you will be based in Rødby and report directly to the Head of People & Culture. As a Workforce Planner (m/f/d), you ensure efficient and legally compliant workforce and capacity planning and guarantee transparent time and attendance tracking as the basis for payroll and compliance. Through close collaboration with Sales, Payroll and People & Culture, you make a significant contribution to stable day‑to‑day operations.
