Job description

Registered Nurse Responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Monitors patients, administers medications, keep records, consult healthcare providers, educates patients and more. Assess patient knowledge and provides education in group and individual settings for patients with Type 1, Type 2, Gestational Diabetes, and Pre-Diabetes. Provides education tailored to special learning needs. Coordinates patient care and adjustments in care plans in coordination with clinicians.
