Principal Purpose of Position: - Support and assist more senior Holman lawyers, in partnering with one or more Holman business units, such as Holman Fleet or function groups, such as Procurement (each a “Business Unit” or “BU”). - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and amendments with clients, suppliers, and other business partners. - Field incoming support requests from Business Unit functions related to day-to-day operations, including contr...
