Provisioning Specialist (Licensing)

Job description

Overview The Provisioning Specialist is responsible for understanding our products that require licenses to be generated creating the licenses and providing customer service to our internal and external customer. Responsibilities: - Utilize internal workflows to review customer orders, generate and deliver the appropriate license for revenue recognition - Fulfill license requests from various internal departments - Fulfill customer requests for new licenses or extensions according to policy - Assist with other team member assignments. - Provide timely communication regarding any issues to more experienced team members or leadership as needed - The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
