Job description
The Human Resources Administrator provides essential support to the Human Resources department by maintaining accurate employee data, coordinating HR processes, and delivering high-quality service to employees. The HR Administrator will work within the HR department and will report to the Human Resources Operations Manager. They will work closely with other HR department team members to aid and facilitate a variety of HR processes and duties for all salaried employees with the company. This position will be fully in-office. Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience. Qualifications: Professional Experience and Education High School Diploma or GED required. - Provide general support to all functions of HR, including benefits, outreach, recruiting, and talent development. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS. - Assist employees with benefit enrollment data entry and basic plan questions. - Help resolve routine benefits issues and escalate as needed. - Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication. - Review HR invoices and prepare the invoice for processing. - Assist Outreach Coordinator with coordination of even...
