Senior Technical Program Manager, Governance and Standards Lead (EMEA/APAC)

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - 5 years of experience in technical program management, data engineering, business intelligence, or a related technical role, with a focus on data-intensive projects. - Experience in managing data-intensive technical programs (e.g., extract, transform, load (ETL) processes, relational databases, data modeling) from ideation to deployment. Preferred qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Computer Science, Logistics, Construction Management, or a related field. - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines. - Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and analysis. - Understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, budgeting, and cost management practices, especially in a large-scale capital expenditure or infrastructure environment (e.g., construction, manufacturing).
