Edison Properties is a property management company that has been in business for over 50 years providing apartments for rent ranging from cozy and comfortable bachelor apartments to luxurious penthouse suites in the Winnipeg market. We are seeking a full-time General Labourer to take up manual labor tasks and support operations in the worksites of our apartments located at Fort Garry Place. This role will involve working in a team and in collaboration with other trades and staff. Customer service, proactive communication, taking initiative, and team playing will be necessary for success in this role, in addition to technical knowledge. Responsibilities Include: Daily: - Garbage bin removal and maintenance - Recycling bin removal and maintenance - Equipment operator - Scrap metal runs As needed: - Support with moving of company furniture - Cleaning and maintenance of maintenance shops (FGP) - Putting away and organization of maintenance shops (FGP) - Cleaning pond - Moving machinery and equipment - Supporting the moving of equi...
