Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since. The Engineering Specialist will be responsible for providing engineering support for plant equipment. You will troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, implement process improvement projects, and proactively provide equipment support. You will also assess equipment needs, providing change recommendations and expertise on equipment functions.
