It's more than a career, it's a calling WI-Waupun Memorial Hospital Worker Type: Regular Job Highlights: Waupun Memorial Hospital's Med Surg Dept is a 14 bed unit and is connected to a 3 bed ICU. We offer a 4:1 patient to nurse ratio on days and a 5:1 patient to nurse ratio on nights. We have a CNA staffed on all shifts. We also have 24/7 security to help keep our patients and employees feeling safe. Our nurses work 12 hour shifts and every third weekend. Being such a small facility, we can get to know our patients and build a strong relationship with them. You will often hear our team described as a second family to our staff.
