S u mma ry The Sr. Specialist, Curriculum Quality collaborates with the Member Competency & Learning (MC&L) team and subject matter experts (SMEs) in the analysis, design, development, editing, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of IIA instructor-led training and executive development learning products. This role creates participant guides, facilitator guides and PowerPoint presentations along with other materials to develop continuing education opportunities for the internal audit profession. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure consistency of editorial style and usage across The IIA’s course materials. - Operate in accordance with agreed IIA and department standards to ensure consistency of content and content design features across IIA curriculum. - Enhance the participant experience by ensuring flow and consistency of IIA curriculum. - Perform quality assurance reviews on all courses developed by editing each submission, ensuring it complies with IIA and department style guides and SOPs. - Complete the appropriate QA checklist for each course to validate that all quality requirements are complete. - Create and maintain PowerPoint and related educat...
