Essential Functions: - Basic plumbing and electric with direction. - Operate air and electric power tools. - Performs preventative maintenance on building facilities (Exterior and Interior) - Basic Paint /construction knowledge. - 5’s offices (Installing glass board, TV’s, etc.) and surroundings as directed. - Maintain company vehicles in optimum conditions as directed. - Perform tasks while on ladder or manlift 30 ‘high - Able to operate forklift. - Clean and minor repair on Beverage equipment Installed on our facility. - Other dutie...
