Job Description: Sr. Manager, Leave of Absence and Accommodations The Role: The Sr. Manager, Leave of Absence and Accommodations serves as a subject matter expert in workplace accommodations and leave management. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Accommodations Advisors and Leave of Absence and Accommodations Administrators who represent the organization in the interactive process with associates under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Amendments Act (ADA/ADAAA). You will ensure consistent compliance with ADAAA guidelines as outlined by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), while proactively mitigating organizational risk by identifying creative, reasonable accommodation solutions that enable associates to perform the essential functions of their roles. This role partners closely with Legal, Business Unit HR, Corporate Technology, and other stakeholders to influence outcomes and deliver tailored solutions. You will also play a key role in shaping strategy that advances accessibility, inclusion, and equitable associate experiences across the enterprise.
