Job description

Key Responsibilities Planning & WSSI Support: - Support the Merchandiser in building quarterly, half‑year and annual plans - Build, maintain and update the WSSI and line projections, supporting forecasting, reforecasting and visibility of sales, stock, intake, markdown and profit - Develop a strong understanding of the sales and profit plan and the implications of current trading Range Planning & Size Strategy: - Support option, width and depth planning, recommending decisions aligned to demand, historical performance and space - Manage and analyse product size ratios, identifying opportunities to improve availability and performance by country, channel or shape Stock Management & In‑Season Trading: - Work closely with the Merchandiser to support appropriate stock levels across the season - Analyse best and worst sellers, highlighting risks and opportunities and proposing clear actions - Manage slow sellers and support stock balancing actions, including transfers and reallocation where appropriate Markdown & Clearance Support: - Identify and cost markdown recommendations, supporting decision‑making and approval processes - Support clearance and exit strategies to reduce terminal st...
