As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be the front-line company representatives demonstrating a high level of professionalism in your day-to-day interactions with Vendors and Customer. Managing daily reports, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns. You will work directly and effectively with other departments and personnel to promptly respond to customer requests. You will continuously improve the service process ensuring customers service the best experience possible.
