A Day in the Life: We’re looking for a Principal Solution Architect – Global Counter & Rental Systems with deep expertise in defining cloud-based, distributed, transaction-heavy architectures that support global, multi-brand, multi-country, and franchise rental operations. You will work closely with business partners, product managers, engineering teams, operations leaders, and enterprise architects to transform how Hertz builds and modernizes counter, agent-assisted, and rental execution systems. This role is highly hands-on, with accountability for future-state architecture, solution design, and delivery alignment across complex global ecosystems. We expect the starting salary to be around $215,000. The actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience.
