Access and Participation Manager Application Deadline: 30 April 2026: Department: Future Students - Academic Planning Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Bath, Somerset - Newton Park Compensation: Grade 7 -Starting from £38,784 rising to £43,482 per annum Description: As the Access and Participation Manager, you will lead and motivate a team and play a key role in shaping the design and delivery of schools and colleges outreach work, ensuring the work of the team meets the objectives outlined within the University’s Access and Participation Plan (APP). The post holder will use data and on the ground insights to identify new opportunities within outreach to enable the university to deliver first class outreach activities and initiatives. The post holder will act as a leader and role model for the team and will support them with their personal and professional development, working with them to best ensure collaboration and a shared vision towards key priorities.
