Overview The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance team’s objectives and contributing to the overall success of the business. This position is based at our Lisbon Hub in Portugal (Parque das Nações) and will support our operations in Northern Europe. Responsibilities: Key roles and responsibilities: Goals and objectives: - Challenge and consolidate results from Business Areas in the actual reporting, forecasting and Plan / Budget exercises - Own companywide reporting (for Country internal meetings and to HQ required meetings), ensuring accurate and on time reporting, but also upgrading the process to make it leaner and more real-time - Leverage technology and tools to automatize processes and accelerate decision-making - Manage project controlling from revenue and cost standpoint - Initialize forecast of P&L and cash-flow, identify and share targets delivery actions - Proactive approach to align area processes to HQ requirements and goals - FBP to Central Functions (HR, Supply Chain, etc) How you can make an impact: - Own P&L and Balance Sheet as an entrepreneur in a start-up enviroment - Identify and conduct analysis (“deep dive”) in the specific topi...
