At ZEEKR, we build strong relationships with our customers and partners by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain. This is what you will do: Lead CRM initiatives: Coordinate leads, analyze data, and create reports that support improvements in the customer journey and internal processes. Build, handle and develop dealers' relations: being one of the main contacts, working closely to our dealers, ensuring follow-ups, performance management and visits when needed.
