Senior Manager, SEC Reporting

About the role: We are searching for an experienced leader to join the Corporate Controller’s team as the Senior Manager of SEC Reporting . This position is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for the review and oversight of SEC filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other related filings. The successful candidate must be a strategic, people-oriented leader with a strong technical background in SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, and financial compliance. Strong management, cross-functional problem solving and communication skills are required. Key responsibilities: - Lead the preparation, review and filing of all SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other required disclosures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and deadlines. - Review and provide input into the investor relations function for earnings release presentations and non-GAAP reporting. - Serve as a subject matter expert and primary contact for SEC reporting matters, collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and senior management. - Assist Legal Department with Proxy and other periodic Form 8-K filings. - Drive continuous improvement of reporting processe...
