Job Summary: Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessment measures (e.g., Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale, Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS), Essential Eight Quick Assessment, etc.) and/or other functional assessment measures as assigned or indicated. Develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs as indicated by the needs of the people we support. Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data. Is a role-model for a highly engaging and functioning behavioral team.
