Senior Exploration Geologist

About the opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Exploration Geologist to support and lead exploration activities across Boss Energy’s tenements. This role is instrumental in delivering high‑quality geological data, analysis and field programs that drive resource growth, reserve conversion and long-term operational success. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, traditional owners and key stakeholders to design and execute effective exploration programs while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and data integrity. The role is offered as hybrid FIFO from Adelaide (only). When on site, this role is expected to be working a 2:1 roster campaign and when working from the office, it will be on a 5:2 basis.
