Your job As our Partnerships Team Lead, you’ll guide and inspire a growing team within our dynamic Network department. Reporting directly to the Head of Network , you will oversee supplier management activities, strengthen key partnerships, and lead expansion efforts. Beyond managing your own supplier portfolio , you'll mentor and support your team , ensuring we deliver the highest service standards and meet ambitious growth targets. Exploring new markets and driving operational excellence is second nature to you; you've done it before, and you're ready to lead others to do the same. Your profile: Key Responsibilities: - Lead and Inspire : Manage a team of Destination Managers, fostering collaboration, development, and performance. Set clear goals, provide feedback, and support your team’s success. - Own Your Portfolio : Oversee a portfolio of suppliers within your designated regions, negotiating optimal terms, ensuring quality, and securing availability. - Build & Grow Partnerships : Drive the acquisition, selection, and onboarding of new partners.
