About the role: We are seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join our high-performing pre‑contracts team, based in Brisbane at our Port of Brisbane office location. In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end development of high-quality, fully compliant Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and tender submissions for major Tier 1 opportunities. You will play a critical role in positioning BMD as the preferred contractor on complex, high‑value projects, applying exceptional writing capability, strategic thinking and strong leadership to every submission.
