Centimark Corporation is a multi-state commercial and industrial roofing and flooring contractor operating across the U.S. and Canada. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate Tax Accountant to focus on multi-state compliance and must possess strong technical tax knowledge and exceptional attention to detail. This role is essential for managing filings, overseeing audits and determining the taxability of products and services across various jurisdictions. This role is located at our corporate headquarters in Canonsburg, PA . The salary will range from $80k - $125k, based on education and experience. Job Summary: - Prepare and file online monthly/quarterly state, and local sales and use tax returns and tax payments - Prepare annual business tangible personal property tax returns, CAT returns and net profit returns for licensing - Conduct sales and use tax research to stay update on evolving tax laws and regulations - Review A/P & A/R invoices for applicable sales and use tax, validate and record customers’ exemption certificates - Collaborate with internal departments (A/P, A/R, IT, Legal) with sales and use tax compliance - Prepare Federal and State quart...
