We’re a growing tech consultancy that creates user-centred solutions with purpose for our clients in government and business.: The role We’re looking for a Talent Engagement Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be looking to grow their career within a people team. You don’t have to have worked in a technology consultancy, but understanding the industry will help. The role involves scheduling and coordinating our candidate interviews, working with our wider Opencast interview community to ensure we have the right levels of availability to meet the needs of our hiring plans. You’ll have a passion for ensuring we deliver a positive journey for our internal stakeholders and our external candidates. Within the role, there is scope to get involved in wider exciting Talent Engagement and people team initiatives. This could include process improvement, training and events.
