Production Supervisor PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing operations and leading personnel and ensuring a strong understanding of customer needs to drive growth and success. This role oversees day shift activities to deliver exceptional performance in safety, employee engagement, cost control, productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer service. By fostering operational excellence, the Production Supervisor plays a critical role in achieving plant objectives and delivering superior results.
