Our Company Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation: Overview: Occupational Therapist Assistant- Full Time - SWAN Outpatient Neuro Rehab Clinic Who we are looking for: - Provide 1:1 patient care in 60-minute treatment sessions , focusing on functional rehabilitation for adults with neurological injuries - Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of passionate, skilled therapists to focus on patient-centered outcomes - Provide personalized care in an innovative outpatient setting utilizing the latest technology and equipment Responsibilities: - Assist patients in exercise, ADLs, functional activities, and the application/use of assistive devices in accordance with the treatment plan established by the Occupational Therapist - Assist Occupational Therapist in the collection of outcome measures and completion of complex treatment procedures - Educate patients, families, and other health workers on selected procedures and functional activities as directed by the Occupational Therapist - Participate in ongoing program evaluation and development - Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all care provided - Maintain working knowledge of and adherence to the AOTA Standards...
