Reports To: Director of Inventory Management Direct Reports: None FLSA Status: Exempt Employment Type: Full Time Pay: $65,000-$75,000/ Annual Position Overview: The Procurement Specialist is a key contributor to our Supplier Management and Sourcing strategy, playing a critical role in ensuring materials are available to support production and customer demand. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will partner closely with Inventory Planning, Operations, and suppliers to drive timely purchasing decisions, maintain accurate data, and minimize supply disruptions. Success in this role requires strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset when working with both internal teams and external partners.
