We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support our kitchen leadership, deliver high-quality dishes, and help maintain the culinary standards at one of the city’s most beloved venues. Sous Chef – Support Our Kitchen at The Daffodil As Sous Chef at The Daffodil, you will support the Head Chef in running a busy, high-quality kitchen across day and evening trade. You’ll supervise and coach the kitchen team, assist with menu delivery and food preparation, manage stock and assist with cost control, and ensure that every plate leaving the pass meets our quality and presentation standards. This role is ideal for a dependable, organised chef who enjoys hands-on kitchen work and leading by example.
