Job Overview: We’re looking for a seasoned IT Operations Team Lead who can balance effective people leadership with hands on technical expertise. In this role, you’ll guide a team responsible for the reliability, scalability, and security of our hybrid infrastructure—spanning on premise systems and cloud environments—while partnering closely with engineering, security, and product teams to support our SaaS platform. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, enjoys mentoring others, and isn’t afraid to dive deep into complex systems. You’ll shape operational strategy, champion best practices, and ensure our infrastructure evolves to meet the needs of a growing customer base.
